• Composed for Batr Abī Muḥammad ibn Muhammad ibn Usāmah.
• Ms. in nastaliq script on glazed paper. 25 x 16 cm. Text in black ink; headings and keywords in red. Very little vocalization. Catchwords; some marginal notation. F. 1b is fragmentary, but contains names of author and patron. F. 3b-5a constitute a table of contents. Endpapers contain inscriptions and stamps of ownership. Some leaves have been heavily obliterated.
• Binding is modern, orange buckram over pasteboard. Title in gold on spine. Endcaps. Doublures are paper.
