    Text is a set of repeated blocks of Koranic quotations, al-asmāʾ al-ḥusná and other religious phrases.
    Notes
    • Text begins: Wa-sayajʻalu Allāhu baʻda ʻusrin yusra (65:7).
    • Piece is mounted on Japanese paper and housed in a protective folder.
    • Preservation record number: MC 2-95-202.
    • Ms. in angular naskh script on parchment. 47 x 18.4 cm. Three lines of vocalized text which include Koranic phrases (65:7; 61:13; 7:180) but terminate with non-Koranic elements. At bottom of page are six columns containing 66 of the asmāʾ al-ḥusná. Between the lines of Koranic text are four columns of unvocalized text in a crude hand consisting of repetitions of formulaic phrases.
    • Parchment has two longitudinal splits, one along the center, the second nearer the right edge. There are several smaller lacunae and a section roughly 6 x 13 cm. is missing from the top.
