The spring 1773 guide to Yoshiwara, Edo's red-light district, providing a complete directory of the brothels, teahouses, inns, ageya (restaurant-like establishments where banquets could be held and geisha would provide entertainment), information about the men and women currently working in each house, as well as annual festival dates. A map of the district includes a list of businesses for reference.
