This course will teach the foundations of executive leadership-what makes it different from traditional leadership, what qualities and skills are required for executives to lead effectively, and what are some of the greatest leadership challenges facing executives today. For executives, it will provide an expert overview of essential skills; for aspiring executives, it will demystify the qualities and skills needed to move into executive positions.
