Initialed twice by Knox. This document was sent to James Swan. Will accept a payment of [dollar sign] 12,000 and [dollar sign] 18,000 loan at 6 percent interest, payable annually, in return for 100,000 acres of land. The land is probably in Maine. Guarantees the land will not cost more than 30 cents per acre.
