A file of correspondence and a press article concerning a political dissident in Bulgaria. The documents cover the case of Nikolai Popov, who was allegedly imprisoned for writing to the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe review meeting in Belgrade to highlight human rights issues in Bulgaria -- and a subsequent report that Popov has ended a hunger strike, and has taken up a job in accommodation.
