Summary note
A file of correspondence concerning relations between Albania and Greece. The correspondence reports on a conversation with the Greek foreign minister, who claimed that he is actively considering how to normalise Greek relations with Albania. The minister, Ilias Tsirimokos, argued that the continuing state of war that technically existed between the two countries was ridiculous -- and that Greece could better serve the Greek population in Northern Epirus if diplomatic relations with Albania were resumed.
