Summary note
A file of correspondence concerning insurance cover for British exports to Albania. The correspondence covers an enquiry from the Export Credits Guarantee Department, which has received a request from a British company for cover with regard to an order for laboratory chemicals from the Albanian importing enterprise Albimport. Further commentary discusses the terms of credit and delivery requirements -- and a request for confirmation from the Treasury that the transaction may be considered.
