Summary note
A file of correspondence concerning diplomatic relations between Albania and Poland. The correspondence describes how the Polish chargé d'affaires, Stanis?aw Rogulski, was nominated ambassador in Albania, but then expelled a few weeks later in retaliation for the expulsion of the Albanian Ambassador to Poland. Further commentary notes developments in Albanian-Polish commercial relations, with Poland now representing Albania's largest export market.
