  • Decoration: Textblock is border-ruled in gold, black, red. First opening has dual-page illumination in gold, pink, blue with text in round medallion. Marginal medallions in vivid colors appear throughout and mark text divisions. Gold roundels with yellow and red dots mark verse endings. Sūrah headings in white ink on gold background. Readings in red.
  • Foliation: Modern foliation added in pencil, upper left recto; catchwords every verso, lower left.

  • Layout: 15 long lines; border-ruled.
  • Manuscript codex.
