  • Decoration: Textblock border-ruled in gold and red; gold roundels with four dots mark verse endings; floral marginal medallions mark text divisions; surah headings in white ink on a gold background; readings in red; illuminated colophon in polylobed medallion with polychrome flowers (f. 302v).
  • Layout: Written in 15 long lines.
  • Manuscript codex.
  • Origin: Copy completed by al-Sayyid Muṣṭafā, a student of al-Sayyid Ḥasan al-Ḥusaynī al-ʻAlāʼī in 1266 A.H. (f. 302v).
