A didactic poem on surveying and measuring areas including triangles, quadrilaterals and circles.
Notes
Binding: Later morocco over pasteboard binding with flap (Type II) that is too large for the textblock; blind tooled with a central mandorla and double frame, spine repaired; inscriptions inside front cover; text and tables visible on inside back cover.
Collation: Paper, i (modern paper) + 7 + i (modern paper).
Decoration: Small marginal geometric diagrams (f. 2v-6v); diagram annotations in red ink.
Layout: Written in 21 long lines; ruled in dry point.
Ms. codex.
Origin: Item is undated, possibly copied in Spain in the 14th or 15th century.
Script: Written in small, neat maghribi in brown ink; pointed.
