  • Collation: Paper, 112; 1⁸ 2⁶ 3¹² 4¹⁰ 5¹² 6⁸ 7¹² 8⁶ 9-10⁸ 11⁶ 12¹⁰ 13⁶; no foliation. Catchwords each leaf, lower left verso.
  • Decoration: Illuminated headpiece in gold and red (pages [1]); rubrications in red.
  • Layout: Written in 15 long lines with occasional marginal notes.
  • Ms. codex.
  • Origin: Copy complete in A.H. 916 (1510 or 1511 CE) by Muḥammad ibn Malikshāh ibn Muḥammad Malikshāh al-Juvaynī, from Khurasan (pages [227]).
  • Script: Written in nastaʻlīq in black ink; pointed.
