Summary note
Two works copied in two different hands bound together and intermixed. The first contains selections from the Qurʼān and prayers. Some prayers have Ottoman Turkish titles in red. A few leaves inserted upside down (f. 12-15, 18-19). The second text is a set of questions and answers in Ottoman Turkish on faith and religion associated with the name Luṭfī ibn ʻAbd al-Muʻīn (f. 54v). Some notes in Latin script throughout.

  • Decoration: Border-rules in gold and black; verses punctuated by gold roundels; some rubrications and overlining in red.
  • Layout: Text 1 written in 9 long lines; text 2 written in 17 long lines.

  • Script: Written in naskh in black ink; pointed.
