Summary note

The relevant projects presented in this edition refer to themes and propose alternative ways to influence the problems and constant spatial transformations of the city and contemporary constructions, with an interest in social, economic and environmental problems. The international experiences presented were compiled and analyzed in the research project "Hábitat Sustentable II. Estrategias y proyectos en diferentes ámbitos del mundo" (Sustainable Habitat II. Strategies and projects in different areas of the world) and are a limited, but representative sample of the multiplicity of topics and cases that currently drive architecture and sustainable urbanism worldwide.
