Summary note

• Queralt Bonmatí, una joven barcelonesa de familia pudiente, aparece asesinada en un paraje idílico del Camino de Santiago. Había salido tres semanas antes de Roncesvalles, donde tuvo un incidente con un desconocido, pero esta es sólo una de las pistas que no ayudan a una resolución rápida. El subteniente Bevilacqua recibe del máximo jefe del cuerpo, el teniente general Pereira, el encargo de ocuparse de la investigación, dado el perfi l del padre de la víctima, Ferran Bonmatí, un expolítico y empresario vinculado al independentismo catalán que a su vez está en el radar de la justicia por sus oscuras actividades en apoyo del desafío al Estado. -- El caso llevará a Bevilacqua desde Lugo hasta Barcelona, la ciudad a la que llegó en los días del sueño olímpico, donde vivió acontecimientos que removerán su corazón y su memoria y que en el otoño de 2019 verá incendiarse con la llama de una rabia que viene de lejos.
