Summary note

The book comprises a series of research articles that were carried out in the northern part of the city of Lima, in which evidence of human occupations from the Formative, Regional Developments, Regional States and the Inca periods are shown. These works were presented at the symposium of the same name held in the district of Los Olivos in August 2018. The main objective of the event was to visualize and draw the attention of the general public and the authorities to the archaeological heritage that every year is disappearing due to the urban advance of the city.
