THE NEW YORK WORLD'S FAIR OPENS FOR ITS SECOND AND FINAL SEASON ON THE OPTIMISTIC NOTE THAT IT WILL DO BETTER THAN LAST YEAR WHEN IT RAN UP A DEFICIT OF 17.5 MILLION.
