The humble propositions of the agents for the Protestants in Ireland, residing at Oxford, presented to His Majesty the 18 of Aprill 1644 [electronic resource] : in pursuance of the petition of the Protestant subjects in Ireland, humbly craveing of His Majesty that for the satisfaction of iustice, and his owne honour, exemplary punishment may be inflicted upon the Irish rebells that have had a hand in shedding soe much innocent blood : and that His Majestie will not grant a pardon to those bloody rebells, for the murders and cruelties committed by them since the breakeing forth of this odious rebellion.
