  • In verse.
  • Recto of the leaf has incomplete poem at top, with first extant line "Loe here (you readers all) the gaine", and second poem "A.D. in commendation of the auctor and his booke", which begins, "If mortall man maie challenge praise".
  • Verso of the leaf contains a separate poem "I. F. in commendation of the aucthor [sic] and his booke" which begins, "Shall men prophane, who toyes haue writ".
  • The verso of the leaf is filmed twice, at reel E4:17 and 172d, before recto, filmed once, at E4:2[173].
