The same setting of the kalendar is found imposed with the title leaf of STC 11192.5.
Signatures: pi A-S.
Leaves pi3-8 identified as STC 11193+ on UMI microfilm reel 420, and as part of STC 11192.5 on reel 1816.
Appears at reels 420 and 1816 (same copy filmed twice). The original, which consists of two adjacent quarters of an unfolded sheet, is filmed so as to simulate a bound volume.
Appears at reel 949 (Lambeth Palace Library copy). Fragment (leaves pi3-8, imposed with title page and verso of STC 11192.5) appears at reels 420 and 1816 (Henry E. Huntington Library and Art Gallery copy, same copy filmed twice). The original of the fragment, which consists of two adjacent quarters of an unfolded sheet, is filmed so as to simulate a bound volume.
