  • Actual publication date conjectured by STC. "There has been some doubt whether this edition was printed in 1500 or 1502. As both Brunet and Renouard agree that Dupré [Johannis de prato] died in 1501, it must be ascribed to the year 1500"--Duff.
  • Opening words of text, leaf 2a1r, read: Missale ad vsum Sarum incipit feliciter.
  • Folio number lxxxv (1st series) is repeated in folio numbering; folio number xxviii (2d series) is omitted in folio numbering.
  • Imperfect; lacks all before folio i (1st series), and folios xxxvii-xl (2d series).
