  • Princeton copy 1 inscribed on front free endpaper 'This copy of the very curious and interesting book of John Cook the Regicide Solicitor General came from the collection and has the peculiar lettering of Thomas Hollis, the Republican. It was sold at the sale of the combined Hollis and Disney collections and purchased as is indicated by his handwriting by Richard Heber. I have "Cooks "Monarchy no creature of God's making 1652. 12mo from the Hollis Collection likewise. This volume is rendered still more interesting by the autograph on the title page of the great Lord Somers -- James Crosley'
