GAX copy : Bound in full brown goatskin signed in embossed leather "M M" at lower edge of front cover, with date "1898" in embossed leather at the opposite edge. "M M" refers to "Mrs. MacDonald" (Annie S. MacDonald), who developed a special leather modelling technique.
