Prefatory material and text in Latin with one page (leaf signed q6a) in Yiddish. Also contains 2 passages in Hebrew, one with Latin translation; and the text of the Book of Jonah in Greek, Latin, Hebrew (vocalized), and Aramaic.

A Hebrew grammar. Also includes: An excerpt from the Mishle ḥamishim ha-talmidim by Judah al-Harizi (leaves a4b-a8a). "De accentu musico" (leaves o4b-p3a), which contains one of the earliest Hebrew musical texts ever printed. An introduction to the transcription of Yiddish words in Hebrew script (leaves q5a-q6a), the 2nd such text ever printed. An excerpt from a grammatical work by Moses Kimḥi in Hebrew (vocalized) with Latin translation (leaves q6b-q8a). And the text of the Book of Jonah in Greek, Latin, Hebrew (vocalized), and Aramaic (leaves r1a-s8a). This last item has a special half-title in Hebrew and Latin: Yonah navi be-arba ah leshonot = Ionas propheta in quatuor orbis principalioribus linguis ...; the text is printed in 4 parallel cols.
