Incipit: هو الله تعالی تاریخ شهر محرم الحرام سنه ۱۳۳۵ بود که حاضر آمده مبارکقدم مع برادرش به حضور جناب نچلیک عطرت پامیر و شقنان در خصوص وثیقه گرفتن خانه پدری که واقعست در موضع کوشک و برچید و رازم جناب حکومتدار وثیقه مرحمت نمودند
Explicit: الیوم بعدالیوم اگر احدی زمینهای مذکور دعوی نماید باطل و نامسموع می باشد بمحضر من المسلمین عزیزخان منگباشی عقسقال زور علی شاه عقسقال نورالله
The document is written on a single sheet of paper in fair condition. Some creasing and minor tearing is present but does not affect the legibility of the text. Text is written in black ink. One section of the text on line 9 has been crossed out but is still legible.
Text dated Muḥarram 1335 (October-November 1916); seal dated 1331 (1912-13).
Two seals are present belonging to Aqsaqāl Zūrʿalīshāh and Qāḍī ʿIzzat Shāh.
