Two folios with different parts of surat al-Aʻrāf, 1a-1b - (37-38/7); 2a - (50/7); 2b - (51/7); 5 lines.
Written in medium kufi in black ink; vocalization in red and green inks, top side 2b in pencil, number in the collection - # 14.
"Some of the manuscripts of this group were not found with the other pieces when they were boxed in December, 1954. The group as it now stands had been together since at least 1949. The missing pieces have presumably been placed in with other mss. They will be pulled out and put with AM 13658 as found. A.C. 1-3-55" -note by a former curator on a paper card inside the box.
Incipit: كَافِرِينَ قَالَ ادْخُلُوا فِي أُمَمٍ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِكُم مِّنَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنسِ فِي النَّارِ...
Explicit: ...فَالْيَوْمَ نَنسَاهُمْ كَمَا نَسُوا لِقَاءَ يَوْمِهِمْ هَٰذَا وَمَا
