• Single folio, 12 lines; Surat Al-Dhariyat, fol 1 - (26-46/51); fol. 1b - (47-60/51).
• Written in fine medium naskh in black ink; vocalizations in black inks; rubrication in red and golden inks; colorful unwan for single verse; marginal medallions in gold with blue; golden marginal floral ornaments and interlinear gilding. Bottom left corner of fol. 1b foliation in black ink - 238, bottom right fol. 1a - number in the collection - # 5.
• "Some of the manuscripts of this group were not found with the other pieces when they were boxed in December, 1954. The group as it now stands had been together since at least 1949. The missing pieces have presumably been placed in with other mss. They will be pulled out and put with AM 13658 as found. A.C. 1-3-55" -note by a former curator on a paper card inside the box.
