Title in translation: Joseph : Tales from the Bible.
This kamishibai contains Imai Yone's retelling of Genesis 37-44, beginning with the "coat of many colors" and the betrayal of Joseph by his brothers, who sold him into slavery. It ends with his reunification with his father 20 years later.
On the back of last card is a description of and advertisement for Imai Yone's book, "The Reality of Kamishibai" (Kamishibai no jissai).
