    • Layout: 19-23 lines per page.
    • Description: Some vowel signs ; watermarks (three crescents, countermark roman-alphabet initials "VG" with clover between) ; MS in good condition.

    Later type II (with flap) binding in brown leather. Blind-stamped mandorla and blind-tooled edging on covers. Similar decoration on flap.

    • 1. fol. 1b-138b, first group: Ḥayāt al-qulūb. A kind of religious encyclopedia containing the lives of Adam (in part), Noah, Hūd, Ṣāliḥ, Abraham, Ishmael, Lot, Joseph and Job. Here a section is missing. Then follows the lives of Elijah, David, Solomon and Jonah, together with St. George, Zachariah and John. These are followed by an account of the miracles of Jesus, the birth of Muḥammad and the virtues of the Companions. Unclear if it is extracted from al-Majlisī's work.
    • 2. fol. 1a-188b, second group: Majlis fī tafsīr. A commentary on the Qurʼan. Sūrat al-Māʻūn-Sūrat al-Kawthar (CVII-CVIII) missing.
