Marginal notes and glosses. Fol. 1a has ownership signatures, some erased, and three seal impressions, one of which is a waqf stamp with date 1073 repeated on fol. 18a, 40a and 74a. Reading statements on fol. 32a that the text was read in 1137, 1148 and 1151. Reading statements on fol. 107b. Final folio has a few lines of poetry.

2. fol. 33a-36b: [miscellaneous fawāʼid] Includes a poem by Aḥmad ibn al-Ṭayyibī Aḥmad written in 978, a poem by Shihāb al-Dīn on Burhān al-Dīn al-Biqāʻī, grammatical notes, prayers, biographical extract about al-Biqāʻī from Suyūṭī's Kitāb Aʻyān al-ʻaṣr.
3. fol. 37a-107b: Shawāhid al-tawḍīḥ wa-al-taṣḥīḥ li-mushkilāt al-Jāmiʻ al-ṣaḥīḥ / taʼlīf Jamāl al-Dīn Abī ʻAbd Allāh Muḥammad ibn ʻAbd Allāh ... al-Jayyānī. Preceded by a table of contents and a faʼidah about the five metrical circles. Title page has biography of the author and a note about the source of the copy. Incomplete at end.
