  • Incipit: شاه عبدالرحیم خان ابن شاه قباد خان ابن شاه ونجی ابن شاه امیر بیک
  • Explicit: بن مضر بن ترار بن معد بن عدنان
  • Document is written on a single sheet of paper. The document has some moderate tearing along the edges and creasing but it does not affect the legibility of the text. Written in black ink in a neat hand with marginal notes in a different hand. The paper contains a watermark or background containing a geometrical design.
