Provenance
Garrett MS. 129 was probably executed in northern France or Burgundy for a noble patron in the third quarter of the 15th century. The New York bookseller Ernest Dressel North described the manuscript using a description extracted from the Christie's catalogue of the Beaufoy library. On 12 December 1924, North sold the manuscript to Robert Garrett (1875-1961), Class of 1897, of Baltimore, Maryland, whose bookplate is on inside front cover. His gift to the Princeton University Library, 1942.

Gift of Robert Garrett, 1942.
