  • 牛兆濂, 字梦周, 号蓝川, 清末民初名满三秦的理学家和关学学派的代表人物, 杰出的理学家, 教育家和社会活动家, 清末关中大儒. 幼年过目成诵, 后拜三原著名理学大师贺瑞麟门下, 光绪十年肄业于关中书院, 后补膳生员, 并被聘为塾师. 曾讲学于蓝田芸阁书院和三原清麓书院, 牛兆濂著有"吕氏遗书辑略"4卷, "芸阁礼记传"16卷, "近思录类编"14卷等, 又曾主纂"续修蓝田县志."
