Summary note
Volume V of Agustin Duran's collection of Spanish poetry. This series was published between 1828 and 1832, and is the second of two parts of "Romances caballerescos e historicos." The present copy belonged to English writer Richard Ford (1796-1858), and contains a substantial amount of his notes at the end of the volume.

Bound in contemporary half calf, morocco labels.
Provenance
The volume was formerly owned by English writer Richard Ford (and contains his bookplate), an English writer who travelled to Spain in the 1830s. It was sold at auction with the rest of Ford's library at Sotheby's in 1861.
