Princeton copy 1: Sixteenth century ownership inscription of Thomas Shaw ("Thomas Shaw eius liber") in the margins of leaves B3 & B3; bookplate of Lord Amherst of Hackney with motto: "Victoria concordia crescit" on front pastedown (his sale at Sotheby's, Wellington Street, 3 December 1908, lot 97); later in the possession of Robin Howard, C.B.E. who bequeathed it to the Contemporary Dance Trust Ltd; sold at the Sotheby's sale in London, 1 March 1976 (lot 14) to Alan G. Thomas, acting as agent for Dr. Ryrie; ex-libris label of Charles Caldwell Ryrie on front pastedown.
