The British Columbia Housing Management Commission (BC Housing) was created in 1967 through an Order-in-Council under the Housing Act to fulfil the government's commitment to the development, management and administration of subsidized housing. This annual report presents performance highlights, organizational overview, report on performance, management discussions and analysis, and audited financial statements for the 2005-06 fiscal year.
