  • The general title page and the title page of pt. 2 (Prophetae) are dated 1540; the New Testament title page is dated 1539; and the title page to the supplementary matter is dated 1538.
  • Printer's device on each of the four title pages. Large criblé initials cut by Geoffroy Tory as are the printer's devices.
  • Robert Estienne's third folio Bible, being a reprint with additions and corrections of his 1528 edition. It became the foundation of the official Roman Vulgate.
