Physical description: 13 double verses per page in Byzantine music notation. Manuscript is written by one contemporary hand in black and red ink for the text and musical notation and green ink for a few titles; original pagination. First folio is missing.
Inscription on the back endpaper in blue pen reads: "Kai tode syn tois allois pephyken emou tou Vasileiou Athanasiadou."
Includes table of contents.
Bound in contemporary brown leather (worn); sewn on four raised bands.
