Greek manuscript hymnal (Byzantine notation) in black and red ink. Organized in the form of Byzantine music lessons. Contains music by Chrysaphēs ho neos, Leōn ho Sophos, Iōannēs ho Glykys, Manouēl ho Gazēs, Balasios hiereus, Manouēl ho Chrysaphēs, Melchisedek Episkopos Raidestou, Iōannēs ho Koukouzelēs and Antōnios hiereus. It is an anthology of hymns for vespers (Akathistos Hymn) and other parts of the liturgy written by the priest monk Germanos from the Holy Trinity.
