    Summary note
At a time when relationships are temporary, built on an day to day basis, in accelerated cities increasingly fragmented with the proliferation of gated communities and spaces with restricted access to the detriment of public spaces of collective living, architect Adriana Sansao Fortes brings us these relationship changes as its theme through speeches and artistic appropriations which, though ephemeral or print permanent marks have established a link with the public spaces of cities. The great challenge of the big cities in present day is to establish this drawing as more user friendly not only with regard to meeting the needs of its residents, but to guarantee a more humane and gregarious environment. The book allows a modern reflection of contemporary cities and helps to better understand the dynamics of the space we live in.
