Notes
  • Title in translation: "The healing of the man with palsy" or "The healing of the paralyzed man"
  • Handwritten on upper-right corner of cover: "Luke 5, 17-26"
  • Numbering of sequence on the back of each card, except cover.
  • Commissioned by Reverend J. Karl Notehelfer (1899-1983), a German missionary who was in Japan since the 1920s. Used in Japanese Sunday Schools or with children's audiences.
  • "徹"--a red seal stamped on the cover.
