Manuscript is written in modern Greek script, in black ink; title in red ink at the beginning of the text, p. [5]; elaborate headpiece and initial letters; catchwords; no foliation or pagination. Waterstained, first and last leaves soiled. Watermarks of two types (Nikolaev 1003a & 1003b).
