    Summary note
    • A compilation of texts on theological, philosophical, ethical, philological, historical, mythological, and other subjects of several writers. Manuscript written in Greek script, in a neat and legible hand, in black ink. The compiler Kōnstantinos Dapontes is depicted sitting on a bench and gazing off to the right. He is clad in a green tunic fastened with a gold belt. His himation is red with a broad white border; it falls between his legs. He has short well groomed black hair, cut round over his head, and a black moustache. He holds a pen in the right hand while the left rests upon a page of an open blank book found on his desk. Behind the desk through an open window the hand of God emerges from a cloud blessing Dapontes. The sitting figure of Dapontes is depicted inside a large oval which is bordered in gold with an inscription: "Ho tēn vivlon tautēn katasterisas anēr ek tēs nēsou Skopelou." The whole design is placed against a rectangle that fills most of the page embellished with floral decoration in fourth angles. Below there is a frame with the inscription: "Riza men tou ponou pothos kai karpos tou pothou poros." At the bottom of the folio another inscription refers to the place and date: "En Voukourestiō etei sōtēriō AΨΛ [1730]." Bound in dark brown leather on hard boards with floriate roll border and a central lozenge both frontside and back. Sewn on three raised bands.
    • On frontispiece an engraving composed of several pieces is depicting a group of four "coats of arms" surrounded by two female royal figures; above them a crowned eagle with open wings holding a sword in his left leg and a half-moon in his right is accompanied by three suns. Latin inscription on top of the eagle's wings reads: " Nociva Retundo."
    • Colorful decorated headpiece on p. 1 depicts the Holy Trinity in a circle surrounded by the symbols of the four Evangelists in medallions and below the inscription: "Epeidē apo Theou dei archesthai kai eis Theon teleutan. Idou k'agō apo Theou archomenos eis Theon teleutēsō." The text starts with a large ornamental initial letter "E": "Eis Theos en trisi prosōpois merizomenos patēr, huios kai hagion pneuma merizomena kata ton tēs idiotētos logon, ameristos de kata tēn ousian."
    • Text in Latin in a different handwriting on [p. 53-57].
    • Chants in post-Byzantine neumes on [pp. 124-125, 126-129] written in black and red ink.
    • Colophon on (p. 376) notes: "1806 Iouliou 18 etypōthē en Moscha hypo V.K.I. ekoimēthē de ho anth. patēr tē 27 Maiou en Petroupolei en tē vasilikē Neusiakē Laura ōn etōn 91 en hē kai periphanōs etaphē."
