Summary note
Consists of 46 black-and-white photographs (silver prints) of a trip in Greece in autumn of 1933. Jean Stierlin, a Swiss artist, accompanied by Paul Michaēlidēs and Dr. Maurer visited several places of Greece. Included are sights of villages in Thessaly and Epirus, such as Malakasi and Grevenitē, the villagers' every-day life, the valley of Pēneios river, and the monasteries of Holy Meteora in Kalabaka, Thessaly. The photographs measure 11.5 x 11.4 cm. each. There are handwritten captions in French on the verso of the boards.
