    Summary note
    Greek manuscript hymnal in byzantine notation. Copied in red and black ink by the monk Mētrophanēs. Contains music by Petros Lampadarios (Petros ho Peloponnēsios), Daniēl Prōtopsaltēs, Iakōvos Prōtopsaltēs, Iōannēs Prōtopsaltēs, and Geōrgios ho Krēs. Former owner's note in back references the 1881 earthquake on the island of Chios: "1881, Martiou 22, synevē o phoveros kai katastreptikos Seismos en chio, ek tou hopoiou katēdaphisthusan kastron, polis, Monai, chōria, kai ephōneuthisan hyper tas 10,, chiliadas Anthrōpoi." 190 unnumbered pages. Contemporary calf (worn but solid).
