Layout: 17 lines (fols. 1r-6v), 9 lines (scribe B), and 10 lines (scribe C and D) per page; frame-ruled on an Arabic ruling board (mastara).
Decoration: initials, decorated borders; ink diagram relating to the neumes (fol. 6v).
Music: Late-Byzantine notation.
Origin: Written in Istanbul, early 19th c.
