Provenance
Garrett MS. 100 was in the library of Wenzel Faber von Budweis (approximately 1455/60-1518), probably from the 1480s, when he undertook the study of medicine at the University of Leipzig. Robert Garrett (1875-1961), of Baltimore, Maryland, Class of 1897, purchased the manuscript on 28 September 1925 from the London antiquarian bookseller E.P. [Ernst Philip] Goldschmidt (1887-1954). Garrett's gift to the Princeton University Library, 1942.
