Physical description: 8-31 lines a page, 4to; multi-color headpieces on ff. 1/1 and 39/1; notes on ff. 15/8v and 22/5: "Telos kai tō Theō doxa. Paradosis / tou kyr Daniēl, kai akroasis tou kyr Damaskēnou, tou Samiou" and "Telos tōn peri philias logōn tou Loukianou, Elave / telos eis ta dyo tou septemvriou mēnos. / Damaskēnos Samios." Owner's inscription on folio 1r.: "Ek tōn tou Iakōvou Pa[pa] Geōrgiou / Aristeidēs I. Lekatēs"; without foliation, contemporary pagination until p. 50; quires numbered in a modern hand.

Bound in later half-leather over hard boards (slightly worn); sewn in four raised bands.
