Two academics from the Department of Art of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the Universidad Católica de Temuco rediscovered the career and works of one of the most important national painters, Antonio Smith. For the first time documents and studies his pictorial path with regard to landscape painting, as well as the caricatures he created for magazines. "Finally, Quiroga and Villegas dealt with the more complex task of this research. To catalog all the works of the artist from the different collections existing in Chile."
